Users can still access ProQuest off-campus. Go to https://www.proquest.com and follow these steps:
1. Select Log in through your library at the top of the screen.
2. Select the Institution Local Login icon from 'other access options' and search for Royal Roads University.
3. Select Royal Roads University (Library).
4. Sign in with your RRU Login for access (the same username and password you use for Moodle).
