We are aware that some users are encountering blank pages or 413 errors when attempting to access electronic books and articles through our Discovery search.
If this happens to you, please clear your cookies and cache (then close and reopen your browser window), or try using an alternate browser (MS Edge or Firefox, rather than Chrome for example). This should help.
We are also finding that some browser extensions (or plugins) can impact library search functionality. If you are using a browser extension such as Mendeley or Zotero, we recommend that you uninstall and then immediately reinstall the extension(s).
