You can turn on the accessibility mode in your Proquest settings by following these steps:
1. Access Ebook Central here (and enter your RRU username and password if prompted)
2. Select 'settings' from the upper right menu
3. Scroll down to "enable accessibility mode" and save your preferences.
This should enable accessibility for Ebook Central (Proquest) content, but it's not a global setting that would apply to other ebook platforms necessarily.
