The library building is closed until further notice, but we are still responding to phone calls and emails.

Students can continue to contact the Library Monday through Saturday for assistance. We are working remotely, which means we are answering emails as well as meeting with students in online synchronous individual appointments. If you're a RRU student and you'd like to send us an email, please use the Ask the Library contact form to send us a private message. We'll respond privately to you and do our best to reply within our typical turnaround time of one business day.

All appointments will occur in a BlueJeans online meeting room, which will allow us to have private synchronous conversations. You will receive the URL for the meeting room when you schedule the appointment. To help us ensure the privacy of all students, please wait to enter the meeting room until the time your appointment is scheduled to begin. If you want to test your access to the meeting room before the appointment, please do so outside regular hours of operation, and please leave the meeting room when you're done. During the meetings, our web cams may be off to help maximize bandwith for the meeting, so though you may not see us, we'll be there!
