Q. Does Royal Roads subscribe to Refworks?

The Royal Roads library does not have a subscription to Refworks. It is possible to sign up for an individual account on the Refworks website, which might be worthwhile if you are already familiar with Refworks. If not, we suggest you try one of two free alternatives.

The citation manager tools we recommend and support are Mendeley and Zotero.

The RRU library has created guides for using Mendeley and Zotero, and we can provide support on how they work, although it is also useful to understand that Mendeley and Zotero are both robust services with extensive support communities. There are lots of tutorials on Youtube.
