Your username is usually your first initial and last name (all one word), but it can contain a number as well. If you've forgotten your password (passphrase), you can use the Passphrase Reset Form to create a new passphrase.
You'll need your:
username (usually first initial and last name, all one word, but it can contain a number as well); and
Staff ID number or Student ID number (6 digits for students, 4 digits for staff and faculty)
