It's important to start your Google Scholar search from the library homepage. Accessing Google Scholar through the library homepage improves your chances of finding the full text and avoiding paywalls.

The link to Google Scholar @ RRU can be found in the 'Find' block on the library homepage.

If the article you are searching for is held in the RRU Library collection, you will see the 'Full text @ RRU' link on the right hand side of the screen. For example, if you searched for "The bumpy road to exercising leadership" you would get the following result:

By clicking Full text @ RRU to access the article you'll be prompted to enter your RRU username and password. This authentication step is important. By starting your search from the library homepage, you will encounter scholarly resources the library subscribes to, that wouldn't appear by searching Google Scholar directly.
