Answer

Residents of southern Vancouver Island can sign up to use the Royal Roads University library at no charge.  Borrowers must provide a piece of photo ID and proof of their current address.  The community borrower card is renewed annually.

Community borrowers have access to books from our regular collection and renew them up to two times.  They cannot borrow AV material, periodicals or reserve items.  Community borrowers do not have access to our online databases.
