Answer

Your best bet for the most accurate and comprehensive information is Statistics Canada's database CANSIM - The Canadian Socio-Economic Information Management System.

The easiest way to start searching it is to use "The Daily" which is a daily digest of data collected by Statistics Canada. I did a quick search on their homepage for "internet use" and it led me to a daily article about the latest data on internet use in Canada and links to the appropriate tables in CANSIM.

You can also search the CANSIM database directly here: http://www5.statcan.gc.ca/cansim/home-accueil?lang=eng. I did a phrase search for "internet use" in the search box on their homepage and got a list of links to the Canadian internet surveys over time.
