Your best option is to access Google Scholar from the library homepage and do a search for article title. Accessing Google Scholar through the Library homepage improves your chances of finding the full text, as I will demonstrate.

The link to Google Scholar is found in the 'Find' block of the Library homepage

Enter the article title in the search screen. For example, you could search for the article, "How successful organizations drive innovation"

If the article is held in the RRU Library collection, you will be able to click on a 'Full text @ RRU' link on the righthand side of the screen.

If the article is not held in the RRU Library collection, but is available for free on the open web, you will be able to see a link to that copy over on the right side of the screen.
