Answer

To limit or restrict your search to reviews when using Discovery for your search,[found on the RRU Library main page http://library.royalroads.ca/ ], once you have entered your search and arrived at  the results page, click off the peer-reviewed option. These refinements and others are listed in the left sidebar.

Keep in mind to check that the articles are indeed scholarly as the material published in law journals and reviews can include essays and book reviews.  You'll be able to identify a scholarly piece of work as it will look like an academic paper, with citations, possibly footnotes or endnotes and there will be some information about the author's credentials.
